AC ISOLATED BACK BOXES (#ISOBBX) & BRACKETS (#ISOBRKTx)
ACE AC Isolated Back Boxes (#ISO) use new form fitting Brackets to precisely mate with Stage Pocket Bodies allowing isolation of High and Low Voltage connections. The Brackets are available for use with all ACE 6”, 8”, or 12” deep Back Boxes.
AC ISOLATION KITS (#AC-ISO-KIT)
ACE AC Isolation Kits provide UL Listed conduit parts for isolated routing of the A.C. wires inside ACE's back boxes and is suitable for use with Full Stage Pockets and Back Boxes and Double Wide Stage Pockets and Back Boxes.
BACK ACCESS COVERS (#BAC, #ISOBAC)
ACE Back Access Covers (#BAC) are closures for the back access opening on the ACE Half, Full, and Double Wide Stage Pockets, respectively. The Back Access Covers provide 1/2" and 3/4" combination conduit knock-outs for easy conduit terminations. #ISO22BAC and #ISO24BAC closures come with a galvaneal isolation bracket installed to support separation between high and low voltage in ACE Stage Pockets.
BACK BOXES (#BBX, #DDBBX, #BRK8BBX, #ISO, #BBXW, #DDBBXW, #BRK8BBXW)
ACE Back Boxes are welded 14 gauge steel with a protective cover that is discarded when the pocket body is finally installed. The back box and cover have a clear zinc corrosion resistant finish. A 1/2” mounting flange is predrilled to mate with the pocket body flange. The stage pocket body assembly is 4.5” deep and back boxes range from 6” deep to 12", providing abundant work clearance in the bottom of the back boxes (ideal for feed thru or distribution junction). ACE Back Boxes come with standard Electrical Conduit Combination 1/2”, 3/4”, 1”, and 1-1/4” Knock Outs, multiple places typical on opposing sides and Electrical Conduit Combination 1/2” and 3/4” Knock Outs, multiple places typical on opposing sides.
BRACKET KITS (#BRK) FOR PANEL MOUNT & AC RACEWAY
ACE Bracket Kits (#BRK102 and #BRK104) may be pre-installed in ACE Full Back Boxes (#102BBX) and Double Wide Back Boxes (#104BBX), respectively. Standard panel mounts and AC isolated raceways are created when #BRK Bracket Kit assemblies are installed in their respective Back Boxes (#BRK102BBX and #BRK104BBX Back Boxes). Combine the #BRK102BBX and #BRK104BBX Back Boxes with Trim Bezel Lid Hinge Assemblies to complete the Super and Super Double Wide Stage Pockets systems (#132xxxx and #134xxxx).
COVER PLATES (#DB, #DC)
ACE Cover Plates (#DB, #DC) are covers for Super Stage Pocket AC raceways. Narrow and solid steel Cover Plates are used to cover the AC access openings in the Super Stage Pocket. Each Cover Plate is finished with an electro-static applied, oven cured black semi-gloss powder coat.
