ACE BACKSTAGE CO., INC.'S Stage Pocket Systems offer "CONNECTIVITY" Solutions with a flexible, reliable, and simplistic design. The flexible design of Ace's Stage Pocket Bodies, Trim Bezel Lid Assemblies, Custom and Prefabricated Aluminum Panels, and large selection of "CONNECTRIX" connectors allow the Stage Pockets to be installed in many different applications including audio, communications, data, electric, video, and voice terminations.
ACE's high capacitiy use Super Horizontal Panel Stage Pockets are the same size as the ACE Full Pockets with Back Box except they provide almost 3X the "Connectivity" capacity using a Horizontal Panel Design. The basic construction incorporates 3 sub-assemblies: 1) A unique Trim-Bezel lid assembly with spring loaded hinge pins and hinged cableway slot closure that mounts directly to the Back Box, 2) A set of panel mounting and A.C. barrier isolation raceway brackets, and 3) Super Pocket Body or the #BRK102BBX Back Box. The Super Pocket features welded heavy duty steel construction, choice of 3 decorator oven cured powder coat finishes (for the trim-bezel lid assembly), 2 lid choices (Standard Lid (SL) and Carpet Lid (CL)), plus solid brass or stainless steel trim bezel lid assembly finishes. Add a host of stock prefabricated or custom audio, communications, data, electric, video, and voice panels and connectors for a complete Stage Pocket System.
ACE's Horizontal Panel Stage Pockets are available in two sizes (Super and Super Double Wide Stage Pockets) making them flexible in both form and function and able to meet your individual requirements. VARIOUS CAPACITIES: Provides almost 3X the "Connectivity" capacity as our Standard Full Pocket (in the same size) using a Horizontal Panel Design. Two Pocket sizes accomodate interchangeable multi-panel systems and easy custom configurations. Optional panels will mount "Connectrix", Neutirk®, and Switchcraft® type connectors.
DURABLE CONSTRUCTION: Welded steel construction of pocket bodies and trim bezel lid assemblies resist bending under even the most severe stage loads.
SPRING LOADED HINGE PINS: Removable spring loaded hinge pins permit easy exchange of lids for Carpet Lid (CL), Locking Lid (LL), or Standard Lid (SL) for custom applications.
CABLE WAY SLOTS: Generous Cable Way Slots permit easy cable exit from pocket(s), even for large gauge cables. Hnged Cable Way Slot Closure(s) channel closes the slot when not in use.
EASY INSTALLATION: Easy installation into specific pocket cutout in stage floor. Open easy access from the top of the pocket allows simple connector/panel terminations. Generous combination conduit knockouts on four sides provides in-out-and-thru ways for both low voltage and A.C. electric cabling.
DECORATOR FINISHES: Scratch/wear resistant finish, oven cured powder coat electro-static applied to trim-bezel lid assemblies. Decorator neutral antique copper vein, antique silver vein, and textured black finishes are standard.
RUBBER LID STOPS: Rubber lid stops set into recessed mount cradle the lid to prevent lid rattle.
BRUSHED METAL FINISHES: Brushed Brass and Brushed Stainless Steel finishes also available as special order.
SUPER POCKET MATERIALS: ACE Super Horizontal Panel Stage Pockets trim bezel lid assemblies (Lid and Mounting Flanges) are made of 11 ga. (.120" thick) CRS steel while the Super Pocket Body or the #BRK102BBX Back Box is made from 14 ga. (.075" thick) CRS steel.
DECORATOR FINISHES: ACE Super Horizontal Panel Stage Pockets trim bezel lid assemblies are available with decorator neutral antique copper vein, antique silver vein, or textured black finishes. Finishes are scratch/wear resistant oven cured powder coat electro-static applied to the trim bezel lids. Brushed brass and brushed stainless steel finishes also available as special order.
HARDWARE INCLUDED: ACE Super Horizontal Panel Stage Pockets include: (1) Stage Pocket Body or the #BRK102BBX Back Box, (1) Trim Bezel Lid Assembly (lid and mounting flange), (2) Hinge Pins, (2) Springs, (8 or 16) #8 Self Tapping Sheet Metal/Wood Screws, and (1 or 2) Hinged Slot Closures.
