WHAT ARE ACE BACKSTAGE CO., INC.'S TERMS OF SALE?

TERMS OF SALE: Installation of these products by the Purchaser shall constitute the Purchaser’s sole determination of the suitability of these products for any intended application. The Purchaser agrees that in no event shall ACE BACKSTAGE CO.,INC. have any liability for consequential damage or expense directly or indirectly arising from the use of the products.

WHAT IS ACE BACKSTAGE CO., INC.'S PAYMENT POLICY?

PAYMENT POLICY: Approved open account terms are 5%/15, NET 30 days. Prepaid (PPD) and credit card orders (American Express, Discover, Mastercard and Visa) receive an extra 5% discount from invoice. COD shipments are subject to per-box collection charges and prepaid discount does not apply. DROP SHIP orders must be prepaid in full and are subject to special handling charges.

ACCEPTANCE POLICY: All orders are subject to acceptance by ACE BACKSTAGE CO.,INC. Only qualified resellers may purchase at dealer prices.

WHAT IS ACE BACKSTAGE CO., INC.'S SHIPPING POLICY?

SHIPMENT POLICY: Product is shipped FOB shipping point. UPS shipping charges are prepaid and billed to open account customers. All other shipments are shipped freight collect. DROP SHIP orders must be prepaid in full and are subject to special handling charges. All claims for freight damage must be made by the consignee to the carrier in accordance with ICC regulations.

INTERNATIONAL HANDLING FEE: $25.00

WHAT IS ACE BACKSTAGE CO., INC.'S RETURNED CHECK POLICY?

RETURNED CHECKS: $35.00

WHAT IS ACE BACKSTAGE CO., INC.'S RETURN POLICY?

RETURN GOODS: Adjustments, replacement or credit for returned product will be given ONLY when an advance written RETURN AUTHORIZATION and shipping instructions are obtained prior to return of product. A RETURN AUTHORIZATION may be obtained by contacting the sales order desk. RETURN AUTHORIZATION Number must be issued within 30 days of invoice date.
