TERMS OF SALE: Installation of these products by the Purchaser shall constitute the Purchaser’s sole determination of the suitability of these products for any intended application. The Purchaser agrees that in no event shall ACE BACKSTAGE CO.,INC. have any liability for consequential damage or expense directly or indirectly arising from the use of the products. |

WHAT IS ACE BACKSTAGE CO., INC.'S PAYMENT POLICY? |

PAYMENT POLICY: Approved open account terms are 5%/15, NET 30 days. Prepaid (PPD) and credit card orders (American Express, Discover, Mastercard and Visa) receive an extra 5% discount from invoice. COD shipments are subject to per-box collection charges and prepaid discount does not apply. DROP SHIP orders must be prepaid in full and are subject to special handling charges.

SHIPMENT POLICY: Product is shipped FOB shipping point. UPS shipping charges are prepaid and billed to open account customers. All other shipments are shipped freight collect. DROP SHIP orders must be prepaid in full and are subject to special handling charges. All claims for freight damage must be made by the consignee to the carrier in accordance with ICC regulations. |

A RETURN AUTHORIZATION may be obtained by contacting the sales order desk. RETURN AUTHORIZATION Number must be issued within 30 days of invoice date. |
